Having your own database of customers is affordable at all levels with price determining the level and capability of your database. To entice a customer for their 1st visit is often at a significant cost either in discount offered, media cost or both. If you form a relationship (earn trust) the cost reduces in both discount offered and media cost. Once a customer has had 4 successful sales with you the chances of a 5th are 50% within 6 month

To Keep your Business Growing you need to review where you are against your expectations regularly.

  • There can be many factors that may influence your actual results against your expectation. Depending on your Business these maybe seasonal such as weather, economy or more ongoing such as new competitor. I recommend doing an annual plan for your business and follow it up with quarterly reviews. The annual plan should probably take 2 to 3 days to put together involving Business Partners, Family or skilled associates.
